You should go to the ModInfo.xml file and remove the decimals/numbers with the commas.

So if it's like this:
<Pivot pivot_x="-213,9" pivot_y="-273,5002" />

It should be like this:
<Pivot pivot_x="-213" pivot_y="-273" />

This is to avoid the sprite from disappearing whenever.
