Arctic World: Batman Returns Themed Build

This build is based off of the home of Oswald Cobblepot a.k.a. The Penguin from the Tim Burton film Batman Returns (1992). Cobblepot lives in the long abandoned Arctic World attraction of the defunct Gotham City Zoo which is part of Gotham Central Park in Batman's lore. When I made this zoo, I wanted to abandon realism entirely and try to make a movie set feeling experience and capture the magic of Burton's dismal Gotham. The product is a visual buffet that showcases the financial irresponsibility and cultural despair of Gotham City at the time of the film. It also features the most ridiculous bus shelter ever seen ;)

**In the off chance that it doesn't load in that way, this zoo is designed to be viewed AT NIGHT when it is SNOWING!**

(I also don't run my game with atmospherics on, so I can't guarantee it will look the way I intended if you do.)
