Yes, the thumbnail is from Karma Jockey/Karma Charger.
Also, this gun is clearly a joke, so don't mind the obvious clipping.

The Desert Eagle or Deagle is a semi-automatic pistol known for chambering the .50 Action Express by Magnum Research Inc. (MRI). The design was refined and the pistols were manufactured by Israel Military Industries (IMI) until 1995, when MRI shifted the manufacturing contract to Saco Defense in Saco, Maine.

I will cut short the Wikipedia article and get straight to the point, this "special" version chambering the infamous .50 BMG because the Chinese guy who models it want to have some fun.
It can kill in one shot, obviously, and it can use to take out tanks...but the recoil is insane.
I don't suggest iron sight since it will knock your nose off...or just clip through your face because this is a video game.
