Собсна, чтоб решить эту проблему, я сделал следующее:
(Если что, у меня Windows 10, а стиль окошек - тема)
1. Зашёл в панель звуковых устройств (Это можно сделать через панель управления (Панель управления >> Оборудование и звук >> Звук), или её уродский аналог из Win10)
2. Там, во вкладке связь, нужно отменить глушение звуков системы при разговоре.

Simple steps to fix that problem:
(Don't worry, it's Windows 10 on screenshot, but with theme)
1. You need to open Sound options (it can be opened from Control Panel >> Hardware and Sound >> Sound)
2. In the Sound options you need to open Communication panel and then turn off decreasing system volume option.
