Prolog

Hello all together !

Here comes the second apartment building.
Like the first one, just a boring contemporary styled building. ;)

If you use the RICO Mod, then this building will have 12 apartments.
Ohterwise it´ll be just a "monument - buidling".

About the buildingl

Inspired by an apartment building in Boston, but (luckily) no exact replica. :P



- comes with a working parking lot in the ground floor.

Dependencies

The listed prop packs are just balcony decoration.
Everything will work witrhout them.

These midrises are perfect and fit in many different cities around the world, big thanks for releasing these, this sort of building is sorely lacking on the workshop.

Just another boring condo - until, you notice that there is actually an indoor parking in the thing. Just another masterpiece fits the description better <3

You don't have to use the unique building template for RICO buildings. Especially since it is intended to be used as a residential building, not unique building anyway. Algernon (author of RICO mod) stated, that it is better to use a park template for all kinds of RICO buildings. Unique buildings are obviously made for single use, not multiple use. I would recommend the Japanse garden template. I have been using park templates for my assets without problems for a while :)
