Another Mario Kart recreated tracks in Besiege along with the karts provided by dagriefaa and Brammer001.

The first is the Ghost Valley 2 from Super Mario Kart. This track has breakable wood that can cripple your kart from the break force.

The second track is Kalimari Desert based on its 3DS remake. Due to Besiege physics all jumps are dangerous so don't be tempted to use the ramp.

The last track is Vanilla Lake 2 from Super Mario Kart. This simple square track looks easy but there is a narrow forced jumps at the end.

This is absolutely amazing! You perfectly replicated cars from Mario Kart 7 and 8 and even made them functional.
