Crimson King Slime

Makes King Slime Crimson themed.

Why?
idk, i was scrolling through terraria textures and saw the ninja sprite inside king slime
and thought "hmmm... i could replace that with like a crimson heart"
and then i made king slime himself crimson coloured too
and then i thought "oh i could put like bits of crimson enemies in him"
but the crown didn't fir so i made it crimtane ore coloured
so yeah here we are now

Changes:
• king slime
• king slime's crown
• king slime ninja
• king slime map icon
• spiked slimes
• spiked slime projectiles
• slime crown (spawner)
• king slime trophy
• king slime treasure bag
• king slime mask
• slimy saddle mount
• slimy saddle mount buff

Unfortunately there are some things i wasn't able to change
Normal slimes all have the same grey sprites that get coloured in
So i can't change blue slimes
Same goes for gel and slime particles when king slime get's hit/teleports or the slime trail of spiked slime projectiles
The slime gun's projectile is just an empty sprite not sure how that works
If any of these things are somehow possible to change and you know how please let me know
