rename blue baby to shitter shatter

Description
This mod does the following:
-Renames ??? (boss and playable character) in last will, boss portrait, and character selection screen.
-Renames the Poop to the Sh*t and has a description in reference to sweet bro and hella jeff.
-Adds this description as a fortune to fortune teller machines.

The new last will name will not be displayed if mods such as trash issac's last will are enabled.
