I looked a bit more into this to see what could be causing this issue.
In order to get this working, I needed to modify a copy of the game's music definitions to make sure it doesn't try to layer over the song improperly. As it currently stands, the official modding tools for this game intentionally ignore all Repentance data from the extracted game data, meaning any edits to the game files will remove changes made in Repentance. It is currently the devs wishes that even if the files are fully extracted, they not be shared.

I updated the mod files to not edit the music definitions anymore - the mod should no longer disable the music in the new Repentance stages

i ment the new floors added in repentance, there just no music in them, i have no other music mods installed but after i turned off this one the music came back.

How do you mean when you say the music breaks on alt levels? Both Cellar and Burning Basement's music are handled separately from Basement's, so there shouldn't be any interference as long as you don't have other music mods installed.

As for your first point: I could, but I don't think it'd be too worth it - I feel like having it constantly playing would get boring pretty quickly. Only replacing Diptera Sonata allows it to stay fresh and stays truer to how Innocence Glitched was originally implemented for Antibirth

first, can you make it for EVERY level?
second, i noticed that the music breakes when you go to alt lvls, dunno why.

Just a warning, having any other mod that edit's music will most likely break the games audio system causing it to go silent (and rarely) play wrong tracks
