It's a small mod that changes all weapon names to their real counterparts.
It also changes descriptions, alongside changing other things such as the name of ammo, weapon parts etc.

Well, the initial release of 4PRE8, back when the mod was simply called "Real Weapon Names" did what it did, it replaced all weapon names to their real counterparts. With some liberties taken.
Now 4PRE8 expanded itself to include more accurate names, and description changes.
While also changing the names of Ammo, Recipes, Weapon Parts, and some other names.
A full list of changes can be checked in the changelogs, or within the Documentation folder included with the mod.
