Ryiku, The Sentinel

Ryiku, the sentinel cat.
From a new age Ryiku comes packed with her own blade Wrex.

After several days of drawing, coding, testing, and sampling I bring to you Ryiku. I plan to create a story for her, and potentially two other characters by making a comic series around their adventures prior to being thrown into Maxwell's realm.

Features
- She starts out with Wrex, he's Ryiku's guardian and provides her with light and protection.
- Eating food will slightly restore her sanity.
- Being afraid of the dark, Ryiku loses her sanity quicker in the dark.
- She freezes more slowly in winter due to her furry coat.
- Also because she loves food, she grows hungier more quickly.
- Health: 150 Hunger: 200 Sanity: 100

Wrex does in fact provide enough light for her to go out in the dark, and not have charlie the night monster attack her. Though he does not provide enough light to really see where you are going. Beware of dropping Wrex as he has no minimap icon, but he does provide a faint glow as well.

I must also credit Dana Addams on her mod "Link" as well as her online tutorial on creating prefabs or extra items for mods. Because of her work I was able to figure out how to create Wrex, and add it to Ryiku's loadout.

I have done my best to keep her balanced as well with the extra sanity drain and hunger rate, but with the light emitted from Wrex and her love for food I think she can maintain her stats fairly well.

It is recommended to not mess with her api_version unless you understand what you're doing or it just suddenly seems to work with an updated api_version.

Some people have stated that Ryiku works in Reign of Giant (RoG), so feel free to play her with your dlc. Yet other people are having issues with her crashing for some reason. I feel as if her images have the wrong resolution towards what a recent update requires, but if any of you have an idea for what might be causing your crash or if you have a mod I can reference for its functionality then I would appreciate it.

Originally I planned to add a companion or follower as seen in her portrait, but due to many errors and laziness during my Spring Break I've decided to take a break from trying. If anyone knows about a good guide for a simple follower that could hold items like chester and a good template for the follower's animation then I would greatly appreciate the effort.

I can't promise anything as I still have to finish making a dinosaur character that I had planned to finish several months ago, but any help or comments are appreciated so let's try to keep the chat clean guys.
