Mine with rail connection

Description
Just a quick mod for the vanilla coal mine which adds 2 track connections and removes the need for electricty, made for my friend.

I did this specifically for a friend, so I went by his requests, just sharing this in case somebody else wanted sth similar :)

I like the idea of having a mine with rail connection for those times when you want to haul the coal/iron ore to be processed else where. But I think it should still require electricity.
