3x skill points - Max Rank 60 and More Bonus Stats (The Silence & The Fury Update)

This mod adjusts how many skill points both Lords and Heroes gain per rank and increases rank to 60.

Added skill dump skill named Excess Training, which is located in the upper right corner, that is used for surplus skill points. This skill gives +1 Winds of Magic and +1% Damage up for each level (max +100). AI priority skill choosing to be lowest possible for the skill dump and required level of 20.

Total number of skill points is doubled for Lords and Heroes:
Lords/Heroes:

• 3 points per level, total of 177 skill points

This list shows all the mods that I currently support for the skill dump. You do not need to have these mods as it will work for vanilla or any combination of the above. Any mods not mentioned here will not have a skill dump added.
If you wish for me to add support for a mod just let me know in the comments and either link it or let me know the name so I can look at adding support for it.

A) Yes this mod will work with just vanilla, SFO, or any combination of mods I have compatibility for.
