Description

Works after 190 too. Dosen't need new save game. If he is dead or not in any faction he won't join obviously.

If you use many of these character moving mods (you can use even 10+) the characters will join turn by turn, but not every turn. 10 characters depending on your faction can take up to 15-20 turns for them to arrive.
