HQ Vanilla Police Trooper Clothing Textures [B41-42]

Description
Updated for Build 42

Higher quality retextures of the police trooper clothing, adding proper West Point police patches and badges.
Police Deputy not included.

PS: Keep in mind, PZ's clothing texures are very small and even though I upscaled them 2x,
they are still illegible, but better than flat colors).

Is it possible for you to make ones that are compatible with spongie's open jackets. So that the rolled version of these clothes can also have Higher quality textures?

hllo! any chance we can also have this on on B41? :'v I had a playthrough for a few months now and it is missing from my library and I have an awful texture for my police playthrough T_T if not is ok. but just wanted to ask.

if i install this, i need to get used to seeing police officers with trooper jackets, if i dont, i need to keep wanting a texture mod F*CK IT LET'S INSTALL THIS!

a really like this mod, the cops look cuter and really cool and aww with the badge. Seriously, I hope it won't be difficult for one day to update this mod..
