Jacket's Tigerstripe Mod

Description
Adds a pair of tigerstripe fatigues to the game, alongside a tigerstripe boonie hat, M69 flak jacket, and a tigerstripe t-shirt, and shirt.
Build 41 only.

UPDATE: Adds a new tigerstripe t-shirt, and shirt. Thanks to Section 20 Ul for the idea.

Is this incompatible with Fogg's totally legit surplus? I can't seem to find anything from that mod while using this one.

You tiger stripe camo looked different than the one I thought was in sharks, that is brighter.
Must have mixed it up.
