V1 Compact Jump Drive

jump drive mod that uses a 2x2x1 sized block. also included is a compact jump drive for small blocks as well! thanks to Nikolas March for the models :)

construction materials reduced by 50% (jump drive weight therefor reduced by half)
power input increased by 10x
power consumed to jump increased by 4x
max ship mass increased by 1.5x (you can jump longer distances with heavier ships!)
max jump distance increased by 1.5x (you can jump longer distances!)
