I made this mod before c section was a real item & ultra secret pool was just angel items. Its out of date and will not be updated any time soon. sorry.

Yeah can confirm what a guy below me said. It completely changes ultra secret room's pool

this mod completely changes the ultra secret room pool for some reason. can anyone else confirm this as well?

All you need to do is start a run and type "g k74" in the debug console (without the quotation marks) to get the reverse Moon card to go straight to the ultra secret room.

for some reason this mod removes tammy's head and C-Section from the treasure room pools, possibly more items but those are the only ones i noticed were missing which is a shame because they're good items
