Active item (3 charges) that appears in treasure rooms and angel rooms.

Works (almost) the same as the confessional machine.
On use: 25% (1.5x if you have Lucky Foot) chance to trigger one of the following:
3% - Destroy and drop random angel room item
10% - Drop Eternal Heart
17% - Remove Curse from current floor
20% - Holy Card effect
50% - Drop Soul Heart

If any effect is triggered, also removes 1 broken heart.
