Description
A Gorkovsky Avtomobilniy Zavod (GAZ) Volga that has been converted to use electric power from overhead Trolleybus wires. No batteries or fuel needed. No recharging times. This is the way electric cars should work.

They can travel as far as the wires go. But nobody is allowed to go off grid. Good way to reduce escapes.
