Quiet Upgrade Notification (Obsolete)

Description
OBSOLETE - Gemini has a new built-in notification customization system. Unless there is demand for this still, I don't see the need for it anymore.


This changes the notification you receive when a ship or defense platform has finished upgrades so that there is no audio notification. I always dreaded the advisor spam when mass-upgrading my platforms.

No files are overwritten, only the "FLEET_UPGRADE_DONE_MESSAGE_TYPE" entry is replaced.

Gemini has notification customization, so this mod doesn't seem needed anymore.

My testing seems to show this is still working, so I updated the version requirement to show it up to date.

@dokkokun - It appears to be a message tied to a coded event, I can't find a way to disable it sadly...
