you can get these without this mod you just have to kill the Destroyer and that loot pouch it drops can sometimes have a set of one of these armors

Make sure you're subscribed to the item(s) you want.

At the Main Menu click "Workshop" and in this case you would click "Import World"

The world "Developer Items" should be there, click the Import button below.

You should then be able to load up your character and the world :)
