Japanese Studio Apartment (6x1)

This is a beautiful studio aparment decorated in a traditional Japanese style.

Requirements: Power, water, trash and recycling on the same floor. Sometimes needs handyman and plumber services.

Generates slightly more recyling and less trash than the default studio apartment.

Visually, you will see two different versions of this object in the game. When you built it, the game will randomly choose one or the other (just like the common area, which has three different randomly selected varieties).

There are no standard height chairs in this design, but sometimes residents will sit on the display shelf.

**Remember that after you subscribe to mods, you must enable them in the game. Mods are not automatically enabled in Project Highrise.**
