Marine Gas Turbine Package - JR36 -

Description
This vehicle is a combination of a gas turbine package JR36, a gearbox, and an anti-vibration mount frame.
Created mainly as a power source for large military vessels. If you create an engine room equipped with a gas turbine engine (such as MT30 or LM2500), use this !

Features (JR36)
  • Cluster jet engine with 36 parallel turbines
  • Low fuel consumption due to large intake and large flywheel
  • Simple control (only ON / OFF input and RPS input)
  • Built-in fuel tank and power supply, can be operated independently

How to Use
  • The controller of JR36 is a 3x3 microcontroller on the intake side of JR36 (FADEC ver1.0)
    It can be controlled by ON / OFF signal and RPS order. Please refer to the attached instrument.
  • The engine status can be monitored with composite output of 3x4 microcontroller on the JR36 intake side. For the allocation of each channel, refer to the description of logic node.
  • The output shaft final clutch is for user control.
  • The bundled gearbox is uncontrolled. Feel free to modify it.
  • It is okay to close all three ducts at the top of the JR36.

このヴィークルはガスタービンパッケージJR36とギアボックス、そして防振架台が一緒になったものです。
主に軍用大型船舶向けの動力源として作成しました。MT30やLM2500といったガスタービンエンジンを備えたエンジンルームを作る時にご活用ください。

特徴(JR36)
  • 並列タービン36個のクラスタージェットエンジン
  • 大型インテーク、大型フライホイールによる低燃費
  • ON/OFF入力、RPS入力のみの簡便な制御
  • 燃料タンク、電源を内蔵し、単体でも稼働が可能

利用方法
  • JR36の制御装置はJR36吸気側の3x3のカスタムマイコンです(FADEC ver1.0)。
    ON/OFF signal、RPS orderで制御が可能です。付属の計器を参考にしてください
  • エンジンの状態はJR36吸気側の3x4のカスタムマイコンのコンポジット出力でモニター出来ます。各チャンネルの割り振りはロジックノードの説明を参照してください。
  • JR36の出力軸、最後のクラッチはユーザーの制御用です。
  • 付属のギアボックスは制御されていません。自由にいじってください。
  • JR36の上部には3つのダクトはすべて閉じても動作します。

a little late, but I managed to get it running. for some reason (stormworks glitch), turbines just don't work on certain ships, especially in XML edited build areas.

I don't know your usage condition so I can't give you good advice.

Are you trying to start the engine while connected to the load(generator, propeller...etc)? Connect after the engine rotation has increased.
Also, adjust the PID control parameters yourself according to the your usage conditions. If you even only set proportional control, there is no problem.

amazing work, i love it

for some reason, when I mount it on my ship, it just cuts out before it spools up. no idea why.
