Lady Dong Arrives 190 MTU

Description
Dong Peishan Arrives 190 MTU:

NOTE: Having more than 2 "Arrives" mods in 190 can push the game events out of date, I never intend people will use all of them but will choose a character of their choice. That's why I stagger the arriving characters mostly after 193.
More than 3 arrives mods in 190 can push the Dong Zhuo event "out of date" so it never happens so use wisely.

SANCTUARY FROM THE STORM:

"My Lord, the Lady Dong Peishan has arrived seeking sanctuary from her husband, the tyrant Dong Zhuo. He has become drunk with power, and seeks his pleasures in the younger women and Lady Dong is worried it is only a matter of time before her life becomes endangered. If you could find a place in your heart for her, she would be most grateful, and of course indebted to your cause."

When Dong Min becomes the Faction Leader , Dong Pei Shan becomes available to marry. You can always steal her away from the faction as well.

Does anyone know if she is available in 194 csmpaign? I would assume not since the fat bloke is dead by then, but was wondering if anyone could tell me?
