Speed Smuggler

Adds the speed smuggling bug from Don't Starve singleplayer into DST.

If you change characters when you have a character specific speed boost, then that speed boost will be permanently applied to your character.

Works with WX-78 overcharge, Wolfgang mightiness, and Wormwood blooming.

Switching back to one of these characters removes the speed boost.

This is a server only mod. There are options for enabling/disabling the ability to smuggle each of these character's speed boosts.
