No: Ore never runs out.
Not sure I would use this for wheat, but
Yes: will provide steel and coal and very quickly with educated workers.
Yes: You can hire as few as ten workers (10 tested).
Yes: Does an outstanding job of providing logs.
Yes: can be placed on any flat ground, but know it can not be deleted.

This seems to be unsupported, can anyone tell me if this works please.
