Uncrewed stock car slave

This is a controller module for railroad rolling stock. If the car does not normally have a crew and braking controls for that crew, then use this module. This module has a "siding brake" that will lock the brakes when a master is not connected to the train. Each car should be equipped with an indicator light and button to display the state of the brake system and allow the crew to release it. The brake can also be released from the locomotive, it should detect a signal on red-1 composite channel however it may be necessary to strobe that signal to actually release the brake.

When applied, the brake will lock the wheels on all compatible cars in the train.
