Removing the .xnb works, thanks Pasta La Vista. For anyone looking for the file, it's under "steamapps\workshop\content\105600\2462804339"

Remove the .xnb sound file from the mod and leave just the .wav sound and it should work just fine on both vanilla and tMod.

It's been a while since I last played but I unfortunately have no idea why it doesn't want to play nice with TModLoader.
