Accurate L4D1 Pistol Sounds

NOTICE: This REQUIRES Sergi338's mod to function, which will be pinned in the required items.

Inlcudes all the l4d1 pistol and dual pistol sounds at their correct volume and channels including the cloth sounds on the gun_other effects..

This mod will not work by simply subbing. It installs in pretty much the exact same way as the mod this adds on to.

1. Sub to this mod.
2. Boot up the game so that it will download.
3. Go to the addons/workshop folder and look for 2459620110.vpk.
4.Open VPK with Crowbar or GCFScape
5.Extract the contents of root to the same folder you extracted Sergi's mod to. It should override the pak01_dir and sound.cache files.
6.Should now work! You can unsub to the mod at this point, as the vpk in the addons folder doesn't actually do anything.



ALTERNATE version that both adds the pistol audio whilst also restoring the TLS feature of audio pitch shifting on gun firing sounds. Not as L4D1 faithful, but sounds better in my opinion. - https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2465173021
