Description
** Updated for 1.32.x **

Since the estates rework, they have become much more powerful and important, and it feels like a handicap to play without them. Furthermore the estate restrictions on merchant republics are a relic of their former 20 province limit.

This mod unlocks estates for all government types that don't normally have access to them.
This includes:
Pirate Republics
Merchant Republics
Veche Republics
Trading Cities
Sich Rada (Zaporozhie government)
Siberian Tribes
Natives
Celestial Empire
Revolutionary Empire
Colonial nations
USA (clergy)
Parliamentary reforms (nobility)

Thanks! With this I can play Zaporozhie with +20% cav to inf ratio and stack it with +10% with sunni, 10% forming Poland and 10% With the cossacks state that I wouldn't otherwise have, this way I can play 100% cav Poland without snaking as Oirat to be Tengri.

please update for 1.32, using the mod removes some of the new estate privileges

Nice, i used it in multiplayer and experience no real issues. Sometimes there is a desync but its eu4 so that desync has probably nothing to do with this mod.

@solidpricemmo I just updated to include all 3 estates for USA as well as parliamentary and colonial nations.
