Royal Victoria Building by Flash Player

A brutalist office tower atop a parking and commercial podium, the Royal Victoria Building has been voted "ugliest in the city" every year since its completion. The owners have repainted a stairwell and a side building in a halfhearted effort to improve its image.

Disclaimer:
I am a much better modeler than I am a texturer, and I run my game on a toaster, so I am not sure how the textures will look on a super high-end system.
This model also has a lot of tris.
I am still learning how to make these, so any feedback is welcome.

This is one of my favorite assets. The workshop needs more Art Deco and brutalist assets

These brutalist buildings are very useful, especially as a para-realistic city filler. Maybe next time make the parking structure with usable parking spaces? This is honestly really useful for a city!
