Viaduct 78 by Flash Player

This modernist office tower is red, has square windows, and is otherwise unremarkable. The square setbacks are legally mandated by setback and zoning laws, but otherwise, form has followed function.

Disclaimer:
I am a much better modeler than I am a texturer, and I run my game on a toaster, so I am not sure how the textures will look on a super high-end system.
This model also has a lot of tris.
I am still learning how to make these, so any feedback is welcome.

Was it done on purpose or was it an accident, but this building annexes nicely to Justice Center.
