Rimhammer Smoking Guns and Proper Shotguns

Simple patch to enable Proper Shotgun support for the dawi shotgun and enabling smoke effects from Vanilla Weapons Expanded for the gunpowder weapons from both the Dwarf and the Empire factions. Due to both mods modifying the same verb to work, it's either or and in the case of the shotgun it's more important for me that it actually behaves like a shotgun. If you don't care about that, there's a part in the RH_TET_Dwarfs_Smoke.xml that's commented out, enabling that gives the shotgun the smoke effect, don't forget to delete the RH_TET_Dwarfs_Shotgun.xml though if you want a smoking shotgun. I've also reduced the burst count of the shotgun to 2 from 4, considering that it only has two barrels and the 4 shot burstcount was probably there to emulate the spread of a shotty. Load after Vanilla Weapons Expanded, Proper Shotguns and the Rimhammer mods.
