In Whiterun's Hall of the Dead is a Priest of Arkay. He is there to help mummify the dead, that you can find on Bandits, Vampires, or Thalmor (Death items). The Cotton Gin Loom is there to convert corpses into Mummies. You need Tundra cotton (for wrappings), perfumes (made from Mountain Flowers and Ale), salt piles, and a corpse to make a Mummy. Use Subtitles.

A Barrel of Supplies is available for items related to this process in the Hall.
Use the Icon of Arkay to entomb a Mummy, as found on a Sarcophagus in the room.

This is one of my last Mods for Skyrim. I currently play ESO (Elder Scrolls Online), but my concerns are medical; as I am slowly developing Glaucoma, an eye disease that is inherited, which could cause blindness. For that reason I am retiring from Modding.
