Description

Are you sick of waiting until the late game, just to be able to create Client States?
Are you sick of messages like "You can't create Client States in oversea areas"?

Then it's your lucky day!

With this mod you can create Client States from the start of the game, you don't even need to care about oversee restrictions anymore!

E.g.: You want to create a South African Client State in your colonized areas in 1600?
NO PROBLEM, JUST DO IT!

Compatibility:

Unfortunately this mod is not compatible with big mods like extended timeline or else

this mod will crash my game almost instantly, took me a while to figure it out because ive used this mod for so long and i love it, but the new update and this mod just doesn't mix, if you could update it and see whats up that would be great! Happy new years!
