[MIG] Offline production blocks | Time limed blocks. [BETA]

Description
Goal of mod:

Make people that play on servers for 8 hours, have same production as people that play 1 hour.

How is it done?

Players gain each second 60 points, even if they are offline.
Each working block when enabled consumes some amount of points. (You can set exact values)
In SBC you need change refinery / assembler to make them work faster
Unlimit amount of refineries / assemblers per player, it is no longer needed, as they are limited by point system
Blocks automaticly turns of, if blocks can't produce items for not wasting points.

Supported blocks:
-Refinery
-Assembler
-Gas Generators
-Solar Panels
-Wind Turbines
-Oxygen Farms

======== SETTINGS ========

There are 5 different kind of points:
-Refinery
-Assembler
-Custom1
-Custom2
-Custom3

You can set for each block which points it drains.
For each kind of points you can set how much is max limit of stored points. (Default is 2 days)
Example:
refinery1 can drain Refinery points.
refinery2 can drain Custom1 points.
refinery3 can drain Assembler points as assembler1.

======== SETTINGS NOTES ========

-Settings are located in world storage with name TLBModSettings.xml
-Use this calculator to calculate DrainAmount (Copy it, and then modify)
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XC2c-woYPPfSFms3xY46vDtIvdd3sthF26tH8UEogbA/edit#gid=0
-MaxPoints are ticks. So 1 second = 60 ticks
-DrainAmount is used each 100 frame, not 60
-You can't use 0.5 points.
