Updated for 1.12!

Description
A compatibility patch for Kaiserredux and Duarte's Wild Ride. As of now the mod is compatible with the latest hotfix of Kaiserredux's The Emperor's Pine update (released 02/05/2023) and Duarte's Wild Ride 1.12 Update version 0.2.1c. This requires both the updated version of DWR as well as Kaiserredux.

I tried running this in 1.13 and it worked, just didn't have colours or any of the expansion decisions outside of the China puppet. (with mods so I'm trying with no extra mods)

So I moved down to 1.12, and on that it just crashed. (No exta mods)

@samuelthegreatoo Yeah, and I haven't updated this in months while KX has updated, so for now this is outdated. I might try to update this in the near future though
