RGB Jet Exhaust

Description
It's a Jet Exhaust that is RGB, this has simple logic to let it glow orange and to let it fade smoothly between red, green and blue.

CodCape just mount a normal exhaust behind this exhaust lol. That is a very common thing on a lot of jets on the workshop

can't, the RGB stuff is blocking a normal jet from going into it
