Train Engine Drive Control

This is an alternate drivetrain control module for my train control suite, this version is intended for trains that operate by applying throttle to a traction engine, including diesel-electric drivetrains.

I've had outrageous success with locomotives that don't idle, ie you set the throttle, tap the starter and take off. This module is designed to be compatible with that mode of operation, however it DOES NOT manage the details of operating your engine. That is your responsibility. Once your engine is built and tested and debugged, you need to configure this controller with a calibration curve so that it can map all throttles on the train to a simple 0 -> 1 curve.

Edit: I now have pretty high confidence in the reliability of this control but it must be properly calibrated to your setup as there are a number of different configurations that it needs to take into account.
