Electric Locomotive example

This is an example locomotive demonstrating the nastiest bits of my controller system. Unlike SRC-TCP, this system should be at least somewhat comprehensible, thought the majority of its functionality remains untested at this point.

The provided engine control module should work for any locomotive that operates by sending a throttle signal to an electric motor. I have an alternate completely untested version that is intended for trains that operate by sending a throttle signal to an engine.

The standard deals exclusively with the fundamental operations of the train and building trains up from cars. All other systems that you might want to put on a train are up to you. Feel free to propose any changes, report any bugs, or develop as you see fit, just keep in mind that some of the rolling stock out there might be using this system, so be aware of that and try to make sure your stuff is at least somewhat compatible.
