"Hera" Heavy Bolter

When the Retrograde put the first Tiberius in service, it did not take long until the captain complained that using the "Theseus" was too inflexible. It's main problem was the slow fire rate. The "Hera" Bolter was developed as an Alternative to the Theseus cannon. While not delivering a heavy punch, it holds the advantage of a higher fire rate. This allows for higher flexability in combat. A few years after introduction some captains even used these turrets for pure close range engagements.
