Helicopter Combat Mutator

Description
Helicopter combat mod. Adds flyable helicopters for North Vietnam and makes every player in the game able to fly helicopters.

Add the following to server startup line to enable the mod:
?mutator=HeloCombat.HeloCombatMutator

That happens with headgear, like masks etc. I recommend not wearing them when playing the mod until (if) I fix it.

Only Con though is when flying as the VC, I assume the overlay of the G.I's normal pilot body covers about 50% of your screen. Making it very hard to do fuck all
