HighElf Archmage Skill Fix

In Vanilla, archmage's skill blue line is the shadow King's special blue line to strengthen ambush and plunder the city's income. This mod changed it into the elf prince`s blue line to increase trade resources and research speed. The red line has been changed from strengthening long-range fire speed to defense and morale.


原版大法师的技能蓝线是影王的特殊蓝线加强伏击和掳掠城市收入，这个MOD把他改成其他高精领主的加贸易资源和加科研速度。红线由加强远程射速改成加强防御和士气。

修改技能
蓝线：
拦路劫匪——>商人领主
先古智者——>精灵学者

红线：
漫射——>重整
遮云蔽日——>坚守阵地
