Leader: George W. Bush, 43rd President of U.S., 46th Governor of Texas

UA: "Texas Tough"; Land units receive the robust "Texas Tough" promotion. Each source of Oil produces double and Wells give +2 Culture. Conquered cities immediately receive a Military Camp, elimiating Occupation Unappiness.

UB: Arms Manufacturer; Texas' unique Arms Manufacturer increases production towards military units by 33%. Unleash the full force of Texas' might upon an unsuspecting theater of war!

UB: Military Camp; Texas' unique Military Camp reduces the unhappiness caused by captured cities. Texas receives this building free and immediately on all conquered cities. A low-maintenance alternative to the Courthouse, which it replaces, that also comes with two Engineer Specialists.

UP: Texas Tough; Texas' unique promotion applicable to all land units. Receive a 70% Discount on upgrading this unit in the future, +15% XP per engagement, and +20 HP when an enemy is killed.

probably a long shot, but have you thought of actually making it a scenario? think it would be a neat thing

That's right - it's technostar's (awesome!) map with the states added as I create them. I haven't shared any such scenario, however.

@El.bar.de.los.muchachos It's technostar's Giant United States map, but with the borders of the states added. I'm not sure if they're making a scenario though

i have to ask, where exactly is the map you using? because i am checking your "my stuff" collection and i keep noticing border as if you have a scenario setting of it and i am very curious if it actually a scenario you making
