Description

Welcome to the Empire State, New York!

Leader: Franklin Delano Roosevelt, 32nd President of U.S., 44th Governor of New York

UA: "Empire State"; Each city starts with 2 Population and new cities increase population of every other city by +1. Each city receives a boost to Production via the Civil Engineering Corps.

UU: Banker; New York's Banker replaces the Merchant Great Person, and can establish land trade routes as well as visit City States in order to bring in great sums of Gold.

UB: Skyscraper; New York's unique building. Holds two Merchant slots, increases Gold and Happiness significantly. Removes Unhappiness from Occupied cities, increases Great People production by +33%, and adds +2 Trade Route capacity.

UW: Central Park; New York's unique National Wonder allows for added Tourism upon discovery of Electronics and increases the city's Culture massively. Starts a Golden Age.
