Municipal Revenue Building by Flash Player

An office tower housing a municipal tax collection agency. It costs slightly more to maintain and staff than it brings in annual revenue.

Disclaimer:
I am a much better modeler than I am a texturer, and I run my game on a toaster, so I am not sure how the textures will look on a super high-end system.
I am still learning how to make these, so any feedback is welcome.
