ya only need one fuel manifold and one air manifold
if the pistons are in a straight line then ya wont need to add the pipe manifold things

if they on each side then you will need to connect them all.

Example

3 cylinders on top and 3 on sides, ya will need to connect the side cylinders to the top cylinder.

its hard to say how much but i have 64 pistons and i think air 12 ; fuel 16 ; exhaust 32
