Rank 3 = 1 4 9 11 13 16 17 19 20 23 28

@omgilovesteak, If you dont have the right level of Lucky Man for the chest that is supposed to be there, the chest will be invisible.

the chests i could not find while in Phase 2 were:

1, 4, 9, 11, 13, 16/17, 19, 20, 23, 28

so skip these when you are farming money, some of these chests are worth a lot

I wonder why some of the chests aren't there.
