• After a bit of story plays out you will be asked to put your laundry in the wash. Once you've done that, head back upstairs and play with the train set. You will need to follow a few steps to get the collectible.
1) Set the switch to the right as "go right."
2) Set the coaling station as "prepare refill"
3) Wait for the train to stop at the coaling station and start back up.
4) Reset the switch to the right as "go forward"
5) Once the train passes through the far right tunnel once or twice the collectible should be attached.
6) Stop the train at the station and collect the Beaver Creek sign

Look at and pick it up for the achievement.

•  After helping Joan with her art and returning the telescope, Daniel will call you on the walkie talkie and challenge you with finding a treasure. Make sure you accept his challenge as it will lead you to this collectible. The first clue will be hidden directly under the windmill and the second is stuck to the back of the solar panels just behind Karen's trailer. You'll now have the map that shows where the treasure is, so head there to find it underneath a couple of junked cars.
